Jenna has over 12 years of experience teaching yoga and fitness classes and has a background in dance. She holds a master’s degree in clinical social work and practices psychotherapy within a private, multi-disciplinary team at Safe Harbour Therapy. Jenna is a mom to a 3 year-old and has a strong passion for nutrition and holistic wellness. Her teachings offer a combination of vigour, creative flows, and a strong mental health focus.
