.Ash is a student and teacher of yoga, animal lover, nature enthusiast with a huge passion for movement and humanity. As an Indigenous yoga teacher, life coach, she has taught yoga at many studios, places and collaborated with many amazing companies which as Lululemon and Tokyo Smoke.
Ash connected with Yoga for its ability to create a space of peace within and to bring her back to her very own place of homeostasis. All of her classes interweave these features in with a trauma informed lens, ensuring a holistic experience with connection. She has always found humor to be the most uplifting and laughter to be healing which is commonly experienced in her classes. After completing her kids yoga training and vinyasa training in 2010, she went on to complete her Moksha 500hr, Paddleboard Yoga training, Yin, Mindfulness, Kundalini and many others.
Ash spends a lot of her time in nature and in her own practice learning and exploring new layers.
The root of Ash’s teaching is in coming back home into yourself and she has created and launched two businesses since: Wild Path, celebrating a love of nature and water, Wild Path is the FIRST floating Studio in the province and Inner Light which is a yoga school offering Trauma Informed 200 hour training and workshops to support students in their healing. Her classes and offerings will always come through with this in mind, humor and freedom to play.
