Amanda is a yogi, coach, therapist and life long learner. She has been teaching yoga since 2013 and has completed training in vinyasa, hatha, yin, prenatal and restorative yoga. She has always been drawn to the meditative aspects of the practice and has studied mindfulness based stress reduction and mindfulness self compassion. Through self exploration of the power of the mind-body connection, Amanda went on to study hypnosis and neuro-linguistic programming. She owns Shift Wpg, a mindset coaching and therapy business. Her goal is to open her students awareness to the fact that their potential is limitless in this world and they can create anything they want for themselves through the practice of turning inwards.
